We are excited that you have chosen us as your community service organization. To become a member of Kiwanis you must be the legal age of adulthood in the state of Florida.

Please fill in the New Member Information Form below, and when finished, simply click on the 'Submit' button. Membership dues are currently $150 per year. There is also a non-required voluntary fee of $25 for the Kiwanis District Foundation. You may also pay your 1st years dues online as well.

By completing this application for membership, I agree to conform to the bylaws of this club and comply with the obligations of membership as explained to me by my sponsor. In the United States, $8 of a member’s annual dues and fees is applied to a Kiwanis magazine subscription.
